Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you Sign in with Google, we store your display name and email address. This is used to manage your account, link purchases, and contact you only if necessary (e.g., refund confirmation). We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

We request the email and profile scopes only. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, calendar, or any other Google service.

Image data

Your design state (follower count, colors, font, custom text, etc.) is stored against your account so it's there when you sign back in. Uploaded background images stay on your device — we don't upload them to our servers. Each successful export is logged as a row in our database (who exported, when, which design settings — not the image bytes themselves) so we can support and improve the Service.

Payments

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments. We receive a confirmation (email, amount, plan type) but do not store your payment card details.

Third parties

  • Google OAuth:authentication only. Google's privacy policy applies to the sign-in process.
  • Supabase:our database and auth provider. Your account, design settings, and export history are stored on Supabase's infrastructure.
  • Dodo Payments: payment processing only. They receive your payment details; we do not.
  • Vercel: hosting. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) are collected by the hosting provider.
  • DataFast & Vercel Analytics: privacy-respecting page-view analytics. No cross-site profiles, no third-party tracking cookies.

We do not share your personal data with any other third party.

Cookies

We use Supabase session cookies to keep you signed in and a DataFast cookie (datafast_visitor_id) to attribute revenue to visits. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@erii.studio. We delete your account data within 7 days of receiving your request. Purchase records are retained for 90 days for accounting purposes, then permanently deleted.

Children

LiveMark is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
