Refund Policy

Per-image purchases ($1)

Per-image purchases are non-refundable once the image has been exported. If you experience a technical issue that prevents your export from completing, contact us for a replacement or refund.

Lifetime plan ($6)

Each lifetime plan is refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not used it to export an image that benefited from that unlock. After 7 days or after your first unlocked export (whichever comes first), the lifetime plan is non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email hello@erii.studiowith your payment confirmation. Include the word “refund” in your subject line so we can prioritize it. We respond within 48 hours. The charge appears on your statement under the descriptor DODOPAY_LIVEMARK— quoting it helps us locate your payment faster. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days through the original payment method.

We process all refunds manually and personally. You'll hear from a real person, not a bot.

Exceptions

If the Service experiences downtime or a bug that prevents you from using a purchased export, we will issue a full refund or credit regardless of the timeframe above.
