Refund Policy

Per-image purchases ($1)

Per-image purchases are non-refundable once the image has been exported. If you experience a technical issue that prevents your export from completing, contact us for a replacement or refund.

Lifetime plan ($6)

Each lifetime plan is refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not used it to export an image that benefited from that unlock. After 7 days or after your first unlocked export (whichever comes first), the lifetime plan is non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email hello@erii.studio with your payment confirmation. The charge appears on your statement under the descriptor DODOPAY_LIVEMARK — quoting it helps us locate your payment faster. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days through the original payment method.

Exceptions

If the Service experiences downtime or a bug that prevents you from using a purchased export, we will issue a full refund or credit regardless of the timeframe above.
