Terms of Service

1. Service

LiveMark (“the Service”) is a web-based image generator that creates follower, MRR, and revenue milestone graphics. The Service is operated by Erii (erii.studio).

2. Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account. By signing in, you authorize us to access your public profile information (display name, email address). We store your display name and email to manage your account and purchase history.

We do not access your Google contacts, files, or any data beyond your public profile name and email.

3. Usage

You may use the Service to generate images for personal and commercial purposes. You retain ownership of any images you create. By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use generated images to misrepresent follower counts fraudulently
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service itself
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. Free Tier

Your first image export is free and watermark-free. After that, free exports include a small “LiveMark.Online” watermark. Pay $1 to remove the watermark for a single image, or $6 for lifetime watermark removal. Custom text below your milestone is available with the same pricing ($1 per image, $6 lifetime).

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Dodo Payments. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms. Prices are in USD. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. Charges appear on your card or bank statement under the descriptor DODOPAY_LIVEMARK.

6. Availability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The LiveMark name, logo, and interface design are owned by Erii. Generated images are owned by you. The “LiveMark.Online” watermark on free exports is a trademark of the Service and must not be removed, altered, or obscured.
